Infant Program: A Warm, Nurturing Introduction to Lifelong Learning
6 weeks – 18 months
At My Quest Montessori, we understand that choosing the right early-start program for your infant is an important decision that sets the foundation for their lifelong learning journey. We recognize that those first steps into a classroom can be daunting, which is why we have carefully designed a nurturing and safe atmosphere where babies can confidently learn and engage with our staff and their nurturing teachers. We believe that every child has a unique learning path, and our dedicated teachers specialize in providing individual attention to ensure your baby’s developmental progress in cognitive, physical, social, and linguistic skills.
Early Infant Class (6 weeks to 12 months)
Guiding your infant into a class environment requires trust, safety, and the individual attention of our staff. These first moments are focused on supporting fundamental strength, calming, and responsive attributes through tummy time, soothe singing, and interacting with visual and auditory materials.
Older Infant Class (12 months to 18 months)
In this class, we build upon your child’s early development skills with more focused motor, sensory, and language exercises. As your child begins to crawl or stand and progresses into basic word development, we track your infant’s milestones, and our staff guides your child at their most confident pace.

Enriching Environment For Your Infant
In our classrooms, each child develops a sense of being an independent self, which comes from being treated as an important individual. Weekly plans are created for each child. These plans are designed to provide each child with opportunities to explore and discover their environment, while focusing on developmental milestones. Infants are lovingly supported as they engage in learning through play to develop: cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and language skills.

In both programs, teachers provide a warm, safe, and enriching environment focused on each child and their family. Our infant teachers respond to the infants’ needs immediately, as well as taking time to distinguish the individual needs of each child. For example, our infant teachers create weekly plans for each child. Our infant teachers ensure collaboration with parents to ease transitions and provide your child with a secure, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment.
